The operating system from Apple is under threat of porno-virus

A company Intego, which is engaged in monitoring of informative safety of products of Apple, exposed a dangerous Trojan virus for the operating system of Mac OS X that spreads through pornographic sites.

At an attempt to look over video on a similar site a computer user Macintosh is redirected on a page which contains information about the necessity of setting of additional software for the record player of QuickTime. In the case of consent of user, on his computer the program, which redirects network queries to the portals of eBay, PayPal and other financial services on hacker resources or sites with a porno-advertising, is set.

We will mark that at a hit on a computer a virus possesses the privileges of root, i.e. becomes a user with unlimited rights in the UNIX-systems. A virus changes the list of DNS-servers of the system also, and not every user will be able to be delivered from him by own forces.
