UNO and Google created the innovative mean of fight poverty

UNO jointly with the companies of Google and Cisco created a site which is intended for track of motion of fight against poverty in the world and implementations of other aims of development of millennium, the centre of news of UNO reports.

During presentation of project in New York came forward the Secretary general of UNO Pan Gui Mun, head of Program of development of UNO Kemal Dervish and representatives of companies of Google and Cisco Michael Djons and Carlos Dominges.

A pan Gui Mun reported that a new project, adopted Monitoring of Aims of development of millennium, was the innovative mean of fight against hunger and inequality in the world. He underlined also, that now on the mouse button it is possible simple pressure to get all of information about motion of fight against poverty and shortage of water, by infectious diseases and child's death rate in the world and in every country individually.

We will remind that in September, 2000 Declaration of millennium was accepted UNO, eight concrete aims of development, which it is necessary to attain to 2015, are certain in which. All of these aims are directed on liquidation of poverty and hunger, improvement of health of population, achievement of equality between men and women, providing of primary education for all, defence of environment and providing of access to the clean drinking-water and sanitary services.
